Joining Technology - Mechanical Fastening

Technology that can bond all solid materials. The main method for joining dissimilar materials.

This joining method uses three-dimensional restraint and frictional force and is represented by bolts, nuts, screws and rivets. This process is generally done in cold and non-melt. It has enough versatility to join all kinds of solids, but it is inferior to welding in terms of automation and efficiency. These improvements are progressing.

Features

Similar and dissimilar joining process using rubber “RuBulge  ”

A method of joining pipe/pipe or pipe/plate using rubber and a general-purpose press machine.

Three-dimensional restraint is performed by expanding a part of the metal pipe.

Multi-point clinched dissimilar materials joint ”3D-Joint”

This method has wide joint design capacity by short pipe as consumable combining arc welding and clinching.
